Skyline Financial Federal Credit Union is excited to announce its WFSB Membership Sweepstakes, giving Connecticut residents the chance to win one of three $100 gift cards.

The promotion runs from June 1 through July 31, 2026, and is open to individuals age 18 and older. Participants can enter easily by texting “WFSB” or by mail—no purchase, account, or membership required.

1. SPONSOR

The Skyline Financial Federal Credit Union WFSB Membership Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Skyline Financial Federal Credit Union, located at 3528 E. Main Street, Suite 1, Waterbury, CT 06705 (“Sponsor”).

This credit union is federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration. Sponsor is an Equal Opportunity Lender.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Connecticut who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

✅Employees, officers, directors, and volunteers of Sponsor;

✅Immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses); and

✅Individuals residing in the same household as any such individual.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Method 1 – Text Entry

During the Promotion Period, text “WFSB” to 203-755-2030 and follow the prompts to submit the required contact information.

Entrants submitting by text may receive transactional text messages related to Sweepstakes entry, administration, and winner notification.

Entrants may also be given the option to separately consent to receive promotional or informational text messages from Skyline Financial Federal Credit Union. Consent to receive promotional text messages is not required to enter or win and will not improve chances of winning.

Entrants acknowledge they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to their wireless carrier.

Method 2 – Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without engaging in any financial transaction, hand-print the following information on a 3" x 5" card:

Mail the completed card in a sealed envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than July 31, 2026, and received by August 5, 2026.

Mail-in entries will be treated equally to text entries and will have the same chance of winning.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.
Use of multiple phone numbers, email addresses, identities, or mailing addresses to submit more than one entry may result in disqualification.

5. NO PURCHASE OR MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED

Credit union membership, account opening, direct deposit enrollment, loan application, purchase, deposit, or any other financial relationship with Sponsor is not required to enter or win.

Participation in any other promotional offer or financial program offered by Sponsor will not increase your chances of winning.

This Sweepstakes is not intended to be, and is not offered as, a savings, deposit, account-opening, or loan promotion.

6. PRIZES

Three (3) prizes will be awarded.
Each winner will receive one (1) $100 gift card.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $100
Total ARV: $300

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing company. Sponsor is not affiliated with the gift card issuer.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

On or about August 30, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Three (3) winners will be selected.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified via telephone, text message, email, or U.S. Mail.

If a selected winner:

✅Cannot be contacted;

✅Fails to respond within five (5) calendar days from the date of attempted notification;

✅Is determined to be ineligible; or

✅Fails to comply with these Official Rules

Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.

Prizes will be delivered within a reasonable time after verification of eligibility.

9. PRIZE CONDITIONS

Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

No transfer, assignment, or substitution of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.

10. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited or restricted by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use their name, city of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or notice.

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, WFSB, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims arising from participation or use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

✅Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries

✅Technical failures

✅Network or system issues

✅Unauthorized human intervention

✅Errors in administration or processing

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond its control affect its integrity.

Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

All decisions by Sponsor are final.

13. WFSB DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by Skyline Financial Federal Credit Union and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with WFSB. WFSB is not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, selection of winners, or awarding of prizes.

15. GOVERNING LAW / DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.

This credit union is federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration.

No purchase, deposit, account opening, loan application, credit union membership, or other financial relationship is required to enter or win.
