NO PURCHASE, DEPOSIT, ACCOUNT OPENING, LOAN APPLICATION, CREDIT UNION MEMBERSHIP, OR MARKETING CONSENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. NONE WILL IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1 Sponsor

Skyline Financial Federal Credit Union, 3528 E. Main Street, Suite 1, Waterbury, CT 06705 (Sponsor), sponsors and administers this Sweepstakes. Questions may be directed to 203-755-2030 or memberservice@skylineffcu.com. Federally insured by NCUA.

2 Promotion period

The Sweepstakes begins October 7, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (Promotion Period). Text entries must be received during that period. Mail entries must meet the deadlines in Section 4. Sponsor records receipt times in Eastern Time.

3 Eligibility

Open to natural persons who are legal residents of Connecticut and at least 18 years old when they enter. Sponsor employees, officers, directors and volunteers, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household as any such employee, officer, director or volunteer are ineligible. Immediate family means spouse, parents, children, siblings, and the respective spouses of those persons. Void where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes eligibility is separate from credit union membership eligibility. A Connecticut resident may qualify for this Sweepstakes without qualifying for Skyline membership. Entry or winning does not establish membership or eligibility for any account or financial product.

4 How to enter

Text entry

During the Promotion Period, send WFSB to 203-755-2030. Sponsor will also accept other messages reasonably identifiable as responses to the October 7 WFSB promotion, including CD, CB, Cnote, Renee, James, requests for information, and greetings sent in response to the broadcast. No exact keyword is required.

Receipt of a qualifying text constitutes entry, subject to eligibility and the one-entry limit. No additional reply, name, email address or ZIP code is required to complete that entry. Sponsor may request optional contact information to assist administration. Failure to supply optional information does not invalidate an entry. A selected potential winner must provide reasonable eligibility and delivery information under Section 8.

Sponsor will count qualifying texts already received from the beginning of the Promotion Period. No timely promotion-related text will be excluded solely because the sender did not provide optional information or use a particular keyword. Clearly unrelated service messages, spam and messages consisting only of STOP or HELP are not entries. Sponsor will preserve ambiguous messages and treat them as promotion-related unless there is a reasonable, documented basis to conclude otherwise. Sponsor may seek clarification, but no reply is required to preserve an otherwise qualifying entry.

Mail entry

On a 3 by 5 inch card or similar piece of paper, legibly provide your full name, mailing address, and a telephone number or email address if available. Write WFSB Viewer Sweepstakes and mail it in an envelope to Skyline Financial Federal Credit Union, Attn: WFSB Viewer Sweepstakes, 3528 E. Main Street, Suite 1, Waterbury, CT 06705. Entries must be postmarked October 7 through October 31, 2026 and received by November 5, 2026. Normal postage applies; Sponsor charges no entry fee. A telephone number or email address is optional for mail entries; a mailing address is required.

Limit one entry and one prize per person, regardless of method. All valid entries are combined in one drawing pool and have the same chance of selection. Duplicate submissions are combined into one entry; intentional false identities or automation to obtain extra chances may result in disqualification. Entrants may use a phone they own or are authorized to use. Distinct eligible people sharing a number may each enter if separately identifiable; a shared number alone is not grounds for disqualification. Ordinary assistance for an entrant with a disability is permitted.

5 No required financial relationship or marketing consent

No account, deposit, purchase, loan application, direct deposit, referral, use of the Benefits Navigator, sales presentation, or other financial relationship is required. No entry or prize depends on agreeing to promotional messages. An existing relationship, product inquiry, or decision to obtain a product provides no additional entry or advantage. Sponsor will not charge a fee to claim or deliver a prize.

6 Prizes

Three prizes will be awarded. Each prize is a general-purpose prepaid gift card with $100 available to spend. Retail value is $100 per prize and $300 in total. Sponsor pays purchase, activation and delivery charges so those charges do not reduce the $100 available to the winner. No Skyline account is required to receive or use a prize.

Sponsor will identify the card issuer and disclose material use restrictions before the potential winner accepts the prize. Issuer terms will also accompany the card. Sponsor will not substitute a materially more restrictive card after announcing the selected card and its terms. If the card becomes unavailable, or a winner cannot reasonably use it because of its restrictions, Sponsor will provide an alternative gift card of at least $100 usable value without a required purchase or fee. Winners may not demand cash or transfer a prize before delivery, except as required by law. Sponsor remains responsible for fulfillment.

7 Selection and odds

Sponsor will randomly select three different potential winners on or about November 30, 2026 from the combined pool of eligible entries. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each eligible entrant has the same chance of selection. If fewer than three eligible entrants participate, each will be selected for one prize. Selection remains subject to verification and acceptance under Section 8. Sponsor will document the drawing and any alternate selections.

8 Winner notification and verification

Sponsor will send each potential winner a notice within five business days after selection, using available contact information by text or email, or postal mail if electronic contact is unavailable or texting consent has been withdrawn. Sponsor will reasonably try another available permitted method if delivery fails. Replying STOP does not cancel an existing entry or itself forfeit a prize.

A potential winner must respond within 10 calendar days after electronic notice is sent, or 15 calendar days after postal notice is mailed. If both are used, the later deadline applies. Each notice will state the deadline. A notice known to be undeliverable does not start the response period; Sponsor will allow the applicable period from a replacement notice. If no usable contact method remains after reasonable efforts, Sponsor may select an alternate.

Before awarding a prize, Sponsor may request the winner's legal name, date of birth, address, confirmation of eligibility and a delivery address, and may reasonably verify that information. Sponsor will offer an appropriate secure method for any supporting identification and will not request account passwords, online banking credentials or payment to release a prize. No account opening is required. A winner may decline the prize.

If a potential winner is ineligible, declines, fails to respond within the applicable period, or fails to provide reasonably necessary verification after a reasonable opportunity, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will document the reason. Each verified winner will receive the prize within 30 calendar days after verification. Sponsor will continue reasonable alternate selections until all three prizes are awarded or no eligible entrant remains.

9 Prize conditions

Winners are responsible for applicable taxes. Sponsor will comply with any required tax reporting and request tax information only when necessary through an appropriate secure method. A winner will not be required to pay Sponsor any tax, processing charge or other amount to receive a prize.

10 Publicity

Publicity participation is voluntary. Any use of a winner's photograph, likeness, voice, testimonial or full name for advertising requires separate permission and is not a condition of entry or receiving a prize. Sponsor may disclose a winner's first name, last initial and Connecticut town in the limited winner list described in Section 17, subject to applicable law.

11 Technical issues and legal rights

Entrants are responsible for accurate contact information. Sponsor cannot guarantee uninterrupted carrier, postal or internet service. Sponsor will reasonably investigate reported administrative errors and preserve evidence of timely entries. Nothing in these rules releases Sponsor from responsibility that cannot lawfully be waived, excuses its own misconduct, or limits an entrant's nonwaivable consumer rights or remedies.

12 General conditions

Sponsor may disqualify proven fraud, impersonation, deliberate duplication, tampering or automated mass entry, consistently with these rules and law. Complaints or questions are not grounds for disqualification.

If fraud, a serious technical failure or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the drawing, Sponsor may take necessary corrective action. Sponsor will document the reason, post notice, protect valid entries and, where practicable, award the announced prizes by a fair random drawing. Changes or later clarifications must comply with law and may not unfairly disadvantage existing entrants or retroactively impose a purchase, membership or marketing requirement. Routine administrative inconvenience does not justify cancelling prizes.

13 WFSB role

Skyline sponsors and administers this Sweepstakes; direct entry and prize questions to Skyline using Section 1. The WFSB reference identifies the segment through which the Sweepstakes was advertised.

14 Privacy and text messages

Sponsor uses entry information for administration, verification, contact, fulfillment and required records. Information may be shared with service providers for those purposes or as legally required, and retained under applicable requirements. Entry does not authorize promotional texts or calls; any marketing consent is separate and optional.

Administrative texts may concern entry, clarification, winner notice, verification or fulfillment. Frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. Opting out preserves an existing entry. Sponsor will honor opt-outs and use another lawful contact method where available. Provide an alternative email or mailing address through memberservice@skylineffcu.com or 203-755-2030.

15 Governing law

Connecticut and applicable federal law govern. These rules do not eliminate legally protected rights or remedies or require waiver of statutory rights to participate.

16 Membership and insurance clarification

Skyline is federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration. This statement concerns eligible credit union accounts; it does not represent that a sweepstakes entry or gift card is a federally insured Skyline share account. Membership and account eligibility are determined separately under Skyline's charter, bylaws and account requirements.

17 Winner list

After the drawing, request the winner list by emailing memberservice@skylineffcu.com with the subject WFSB Viewer Sweepstakes Winner List, or send a request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address in Section 1. Requests must be received by January 31, 2027. Sponsor will provide the limited identifying information described in Section 10 after winners are verified. Pending alternate selections will be identified as pending.
