Waterbury, CT — Skyline Financial Federal Credit Union is proud to announce the promotions of two valued team members, Spencer and Sonia, whose expanded roles reflect the Credit Union’s continued commitment to operational excellence, member satisfaction, and community growth.
Spencer Promoted to Member Success Manager, AVP
Skyline Financial Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Spencer to Member Success Manager, Assistant Vice President (AVP).
In this strategic leadership role, Spencer will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the Credit Union while ensuring a consistently outstanding member experience. The Member Success Manager position combines oversight of branch operations with a strong focus on member engagement, satisfaction, and service quality.
Working closely with senior leadership, Spencer will help align day-to-day operations with organizational goals, proactively identify and mitigate operational risks, and support the development of innovative solutions that respond to the evolving needs of Skyline’s members. This role is critical to strengthening consistency, efficiency, and service excellence across the Credit Union.
Spencer has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, sound judgment, and a deep commitment to both members and staff. Skyline Financial Federal Credit Union is confident he will continue to make a meaningful and lasting impact in this expanded role.
Sonia Promoted to Member Business Banker
Skyline Financial Federal Credit Union is also excited to announce the promotion of Sonia to Member Business Banker.
In her new role, Sonia will be responsible for the sales and development of new member business relationships while cultivating and maintaining existing ones. She will represent the Credit Union to employee groups, potential members, and community partners by promoting Skyline’s full suite of consumer and business products, including business lending and merchant services.
The Member Business Banker position plays a key role in expanding Skyline’s business services footprint and strengthening relationships within the communities it serves. Sonia’s experience, professionalism, and relationship-driven approach position her well to support the Credit Union’s continued growth and success in this area.
