Skyline Financial Federal Credit Union Welcomes Bryan Flores as Lending Manager, AVP

Waterbury, CT — Skyline Financial Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the addition of Bryan Flores to its leadership team as Lending Manager and Assistant Vice President (AVP).

Bryan brings more than 15 years of experience in the credit union industry, with a strong background in consumer and commercial lending, operational leadership, and member-focused financial solutions. Prior to joining Skyline, Bryan held key leadership roles at Sikorsky Credit Union and FD Community Federal Credit Union, where he was recognized for his collaborative approach and commitment to service excellence.

In addition to his extensive professional experience, Bryan is fluent in Spanish, further strengthening Skyline’s ability to serve its diverse and growing field of membership in the New Haven, Fairfield, and Litchfield Counties of Connecticut.

As Lending Manager, AVP, Bryan will oversee lending operations and strategy, supporting Skyline’s mission to provide accessible, competitive, and member-centered financial services. He will report to Skyline Financial's Chief Operating Officer, Benjamyn Frye.
