We have a few updates for you prior to logging on to your online banking:

  • All ACH Transactions with an effective date of 5/11/2023 and forward should process as you expect them too. If you find a transaction after 5/11/2023 that posted to your savings account instead of your checking account, please notify us. Transactions between 5/1/23 and 5/10/23 have posted and you may need to transfer funds on your end. If you need assistance, please give us a call and we'll be happy to assist you. 
  • Please report any errors or issues that you've identified after 5/11/23 to our Member Services Email: memberservice@skylineffcu.com.
