Our first-ever mobile app launched a couple of months back and we were hoping to have the mobile deposit feature available within a week or two of the launch. We are disappointed that the mobile deposit feature is currently delayed.
Testing was unsuccessful during the testing phase in early June. As a result, we were not able to launch the feature to the membership. We are working with the vendor to make sure everything is working correctly.
The good news is that updates have been made to the mobile deposit feature. The delay is that we must run the mobile deposit feature through testing for a few more weeks before we are able to launch it to the membership.
