Your new online experience is just on the next page. Please read the below before you proceed to the new online banking platform effective May 19th, 2022:
Possible Logon ID Change Required:
- If your Logon ID is still your member number, you will be prompted to create a new Logon ID, Logon IDs must contain at least six digits, if your member number is less than six digits, add leading zeros in front of your member number to login. Example: My member number is 1234, I’ll need to use 001234 to login for the first time on this new platform, and then update my Logon ID to something else, we do NOT recommend using your member number as your Logon ID.
- If you have previously changed your Logon ID from your member number, your Logon ID remains the same and you do not need to change it again.
Security Code (Password) Update:
- All members will have a TEMPORARY PASSCODE (Password). The temporary code is the word “secure” in lower case letters, followed by the Primary Account Holder’s Social Security Number.
- Example: If the last four of my SSN is 1234, then my initial temporary passcode is secure1234
- Once type in the temporary password, you’ll be able to create a new password.
Once you’ve done this once, you will not need to do it again.
Finally, keep in mind that any Skyline Financial Federal Credit Union employee will NEVER ask you for your username or password over the phone. We will also never call you to confirm such information either. If you are contacted by someone claiming to be from the credit union, please hang up with them and call us at 203-755-2030.
